We're always happy to accommodate last-minute requests. For product photography, we can often turn things around quickly. For model shoots, we recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and team.

To help us plan, please share the number of products, how many shots you need per item, and any visual references or styling notes you have.

Our standard delivery is within 5–7 working days after the shoot — but if you ever have an urgent deadline, we’re happy to be flexible where possible.

You don’t need to be on-site for standard e-commerce shoots, you’re welcome to send items to us via courier or post. If preferred, we can also bring a mobile setup to your location (space permitting), which is ideal for larger or high-value products.

We specialise in e-commerce photography for fashion brands — including ghost mannequin, flat lays, tabletop product shots and model imagery. Shoots can be delivered on clean white backgrounds or styled editorial sets, depending on your brand’s needs.
We also offer a range of additional services, from corporate headshots to model portfolio shoots — all with the same attention to lighting, detail, and presentation.

Yes! We have an experienced team that can shoot on location with full production support and crew.

Yes — we shoot in-studio fashion walk videos, short product clips, and simple motion assets to complement your stills.
DURING YOUR SHOOT

Definitely. If you’re unsure how you want your shoot to look, we can assist with visual planning, moodboards, and on-set creative direction.

Our team will steam and prepare your garments on the day. Just give us a heads-up, and we’ll make sure everything is shoot-ready.

Yes, there are paid parking spaces available within our building.

We’re just a one-minute walk from Richmond Station — easy to reach by tube or train.

We’re open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5:30pm. Weekend or after-hours bookings are available on request.
POST-SHOOT PROCESS

Before we send anything out, one of our lead photographers carefully reviews all your final images. We make sure they meet your brief and match any reference materials you've provided, so you're getting consistent, high-quality results.

We’ll send you a link via WeTransfer, where you can download all your edited images in one go.

Your files will stay live for download for 30 days. Be sure to back them up during that time, we’ll send you a reminder before the link expires.

Yes, we can keep your items at the studio for up to two weeks after your session. If you need us to store them longer, let us know.

Of course. We’re happy to arrange a return or coordinate with your courier. Just note that any return costs will need to be covered by you.
RETOUCHING

We recommend selecting your favourites on the day to speed up post-production. If you’d prefer to choose them later, we can arrange that too.

Yes, we colour match all images to your physical product. If your item appears in both model and still life shots, we’ll make sure the tones are consistent across both.

Of course. We can deliver all your files web-ready, cropped and sized to fit your platform specifications.

If there’s anything that needs adjusting due to our oversight, we’re happy to correct it at no extra cost.

We aim to complete any requested changes within 48 hours.
PRICING INFORMATION

We don’t list fixed pricing online, as every project is different. Get in touch for a same-day quote tailored to your needs — we’d love to chat and walk you through the best options.

E-commerce shoots on white backgrounds are priced per image. Creative shoots and model work are typically billed by the hour, including any production time.

Rates vary by agency and model. As a rough guide, expect to pay between £500 and £2,000+ per day for e-commerce use.

Payment is required before we release final images.

We accept bank transfers.
